Here are the the results of torrent throttling data from January 1st up to and including 13th April 2008. Resets can and do happen when using any service on the internet but significant amounts resets and collection of more of this data overtime can spread more light on throttling practices.

Found this nice little program that changes the way your task switching looks when you use alt+tab. It shows you the titles of all tasks in a list without scrolling through each one. If you do scroll through the selections it will show you a screenshot of that program. If he program is minimized it will let you know that too.
This is a nice little enhancement to make alt+tab even more smooth when switching tasks. It runs at startup and takes up 800KB of memory. I opened 12 Firefox windows and it didn’t use anymore more than just under 2MB.
